Interstitial Arts Interstitial Arts: Join Us

There are many ways to get the word out, from printing and handing out paper flyers at conferences and shows to the creation and maintenance of this Website.

We're supported by tremendous volunteer efforts, but some things cost money, and we hope you can make a donation to support what we do, and to help us grow:

More funds would allow us even more opportunities for outreach to bookstores, libraries, universities, galleries, high schools and other communities. We hope to sponsor "road shows" featuring the work of Interstitial musicians, visual and graphic artists and performers, and to promote and publicize them effectively in local communities. We need to write grants for specific projects, and to think about funding artists' retreats for people whose work might not be recognized by existing organizations. We'd like to make it possible for people to attend conferences who couldn't otherwise afford to do so. We'd even like to be able to afford cool promotional stuff like CDs and, well, not T–shirts, but something even better . . . .

Please support our efforts and add your name to the "Friends of Interstitial Arts" by making a tax–deductible contribution of $25 or more.

We appreciate donations of any amount, and will consider you a Friend even if your name is not listed.

Right now, almost everyone involved in IA, from event organizers to contributors to this website, participates on a volunteer basis. Many of us are working artists of one kind or another, and are able to commit to this work on a project–by–project basis between deadlines.

If you are interested in volunteering your time, expertise, contacts or general enthusiasm, please write to us at: info@interstitialarts.org.
We'll add your name to our volunteer list and contact you as relevant projects come up.

Thank you for your support of Interstitial Arts and the many people who value them!
